Ladies, this is your reminder that it is TIME to retire your Winter shade of foundation. I know we want to get the most out of our products, so maybe pop that bad boy in the cabinet for a ‘rest’ and grab another slightly darker shade for your gorgeous self!

Seriously, where has BB Cream been all my life?? So light, so easy to apply — recommended to use a brush or a blending bud, but I’m usually running out the door and need to look presentable in under 2 minutes. BB Cream allows me that! Mamas or chronically late people, this product is for you! 😉
Not only is it quick and easy to apply, my BB Cream is Vegan friendly, meets EU standards for cosmetics (the EU bans1328 chemicals in cosmetics and skincare… US bans 11). So not only is it a time saver, it’s a skin saver!
Now, personally, I do not care for the dewy finish, so I top it with any powder — pressed, loose, setting. Whatever I’m feeling that day. 🙂
Then, I complete my look with a quick swipe of bronzer, a little tinted lip balm, quick swipe of a cream shadow, and mascara! Mascara is LIFE! If it’s sweltering hot, I’ll spritz Setting Spray all over, too. (AND, on days that I need fuller coverage, I just add a bit of concealer to my BB, mix it together and apply! 🇺🇸PARTY IN THE USA – warm up, 20 on/ 20off surges of RPM
FIREWORK – out to 3 over chorus, heavy. Back to saddle for verses. Add level. Repeat. Keep with beat
LEAN ON – saddle pushes 20 on / 20 off. TABATA. Add level after each round.
AMERICAN O2 – mod saddle climb, add level every min. 75 RPM
FOURTH OF JULY – option: push up tap back OR hover over chorus. If it doesn’t feel right to you, don’t do it. Then to 3 w/beat for verses.
AMERICAN BOY – @ HP2 standing jog w/ beat for chorus. Saddle for verses. Add level. Repeat.
STARSTRUKK – option: push ups for whistles! Sprint for fast parts (saddle or 3) then to 2 with beat. Repeat.
A MILLI – 8 ct jumps for the whole song. Add level every min. Focus on SMOOTH transitions.
PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS – saddle climb. Mod w/beat. Add level every minute til out to 3 for last minute.
STAY FLY – roller coasters. Saddle for chorus. @ 3 for verses. HEAVY climb.
EMPIRE STATE OF MIND – reverse ‘hill’. heavy climb. Remove level each min & add 5 RPM. Periodic surges over chorus if it moves you!
MY SONGS KNOW… – mod climb w/beat @ 2 for verses. To 3 over chorus ”my songs know…’. Add level. Repeat.
CRUISE – Saddle climb to 3. Add level & speed it up for Nelly’s verse. Then stay at 3 for mod climb til the end.
AMERICAN GIRL – start at moderate Saddle climb, add level every min to standing if needed.
I MADE IT – sprints 30 on 15 off until end.
STARS & STRIPES FOREVER – cool down. 🇺🇸

Ours had ground turkey, rice, tomatoes, onion, garlic, cabbage, spices and coconut oil over fresh steak tomatoes. We skipped the extra tomato sauce simply because we didn’t have any. Sub in cauli rice to make it 21DSD compliant! Not beautiful but scrumptious!!
2# ground meat of choice (or even chicken breasts flaked)
1 small cabbage, chopped
2 cups prepared rice (or cauli rice)
1 large onion, diced
1 large beef steak tomato, sliced in thick slices
4-6 medium cloves garlic, smashed and minced
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 TBS coconut oil
2 TBS balsamic vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
(I also added Greek seasoning)
(Option to add more tomato sauce on top!) Directions:
🔹in a large saucepan or pot, melt coconut oil. Sauté onions and garlic. Once translucent, add ground meat and cook thoroughly. Drain grease.
🔹add 2 cans diced tomatoes plus juice.
🔹add rice, cabbage, salt, pepper, and any other spices you prefer. Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes, stir and check moisture periodically)
🔹place 2 slices tomato on plate, sprinkle salt and pepper and drizzle balsamic vinegar. Serve your Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls straight on top of your fresh tomatoes. Option: add more tomato sauce on top!

I LOVE a timer drill. There’s just something about being able to hit ‘start’ and not worry about keeping up with the intervals, BUT still spitting all the motivation to my riders as I can.
